The story of Champ Inc. is rooted in a lifelong dedication to the craft of construction. Over 20 years ago, founder Richard Santos relocated his family from Peru to Southwest Florida, bringing with him years of hands-on contractor experience. Driven by a desire to elevate the building standard in his new home, Richard secured his Florida residential and commercial contractors’ licenses.

Today, that foundational hard work has blossomed into a thriving enterprise. Champ Inc. currently manages a consistent, high-volume portfolio of monthly projects, scaling seamlessly from intricate street paving and hardscaping to the construction of luxurious custom pools and expansive gazebos.
